7 Shot Shooting Challenge with Jeremy Hays

Start the new year off right with a challenge designed to help you improve your underdrag, inverted drag, and 3-point shooting skills. Dr. Dish Skills Trainer, Jeremy Hays of Fadeaway Fitness is challenging our Dr. Dish Fam to compete in this 7 Shot Shooting Challenge! Check out the full breakdown in the video below. 

 

Drill Breakdown

  • The Dish will pass out to the top of the key.
  • Upon receiving the pass, players execute an underdrag leading to a pull-up, followed by an underdrag in the opposite direction on the second pass.
  • Next, players will complete an inverted drag right into a pull-up and inverted drag left into a pull-up.
  • Players complete the challenge with 3 top of the key 3-point shots.
  • Goal: Make all 7 shots
