[IMPACT Basketball](https://impactbball.com/) Founder, and top NBA Skills Trainer, [Joe Abunassar](https://blog.drdishbasketball.com/topic/joe-abunassar) introduces a great game-like drill that aligns with the current offensive trends of spacing and perimeter shooting.

"In the NBA game today, it's become a perimeter-oriented game where big, guards are all interchangeable," says Abunassar. "This drill will allow you, as a big or as a guard, to play on the perimeter and really get a sense for the handoff game."

### corner hand off

1. Guard starts in the corner, while the forward or "big" starts top of the key
2. Forward receives a pass from the dish and dribbles hard to hand off to the guard on the wing
3. The guard dribbles to the bucket for a floater, while the forward receives a corner pass for a three-point shot
