Ball Handling: Between the Legs Progression with Coach Mason

In this ball handling drill, Coach Mason demonstrates a great between the legs progression. 

This drill only requires a basketball and a small amount of space. The drill focuses on controlling your dribble between the legs, maintaining proper form, getting into a rhythm, and working up to game speed. Perfecting your between the leg dribbling skills will translate well to the game  and make you more of a threat on the court.
