Our partner and NBA Skills Trainer [Jordan Lawley](https://jordanlawley.com/) takes us through a great drop dribble progression that starts very basic and increases speed as the series progresses. And the best part is a ball is all that's necessary to rep this out at home.

The drop dribble progression is a great series to focus on where your body needs to be and how you control the basketball when handling the ball in a game.

You can find this series directly within the Dr. Dish app, Dr. Dish CT touchscreen, and in the [Dr. Dish Training Management System](https://tms.drdishbasketball.com/).
