NBA trainer and founder of [iCAN Bball](https://www.icanbball.com/) [Kyle Travis](https://blog.drdishbasketball.com/topic/kyle-travis) introduces a great ball handling drill to help you improve your footwork and effectively change directions on your defender.

For this, you need a basketball and can use a cone if you'd like. Be sure to watch the full video for a complete breakdown.

"Be really aggressive with your feet," says Travis. "Feet first whenever you want to attack."
