Basketball Drills: Top of Key Handoff with Joe Abunassar

IMPACT Basketball founder and top NBA Skills Trainer Joe Abunassar introduces a great drill for a two-man game with high post entry and a hand off, ending up in jump shots for both players.

1. Guard starts with the ball crossing half court
2. Guard feeds big man/forward at the elbow
3. Elbow player hands off to and rubs guard, who's attacking bucket
4. Guard shoots a midrange jump shot
5. Elbow player pops out to three-point line for shot

"In today's game we want the ball up the floor in three seconds in the NBA," says Abunassar.
