At [Dr. Dish Basketball](https://drdishbasketball.com/), we are always excited to work with our great partners who are experts at what they do. Pat Freeman of [Midwest 3 on 3](http://www.midwest3on3.com/) recently joined us in the Dish Lab to show his favorite basketball drills to use on the [Dr. Dish All-Star](https://www.drdishbasketball.com/schools/dr-dish-all-star-plus).

In this video, Pat focuses specifically on the shot fake and the proper fundamentals to use when attacking the basket. This is a perfect drill to utilize on the Dr. Dish as it gives you increased reps and will track analytics from each spot. Let's check it out!
