Basketball Shooting Drills: The Floppy Action

Written by Nick Bartlett | May 1, 2018 12:08:44 AM

At Dr. Dish Basketball, we pride ourselves on creating new and improved videos and content every week. But this week we wanted to share a throwback shooting drill from our friend Coach Ed Andrist.

We also pride ourselves on providing the most user-friendly and versatile machines on the market. In this drill, Coach Andrist shows how you can use the Dr. Dish All-Star away from the basket to simulate game location passing and actions.

Check out the video below to see how you can work on game shots from game spots at game speed in a high repetition setting. No other machine is built with a patented swivel net to deliver game location passes!

This is a great drill to utilize especially in the off-season to replicate game-like actions. Most passes in a game are not coming from directly under the hoop so this takes game-like training to the next level especially if you're in the gym by yourself or with a partner.
