Two Ball Pound Progression

Players will do each drill down and back from half court.

  • Two ball pound
  • Two ball pound, alternating
  • Two ball pound, crossover
  • Two ball pound, front to back
  • Two ball pound, front to back alternating

 

Bjorn has gained a massive following on social media with basketball content since the end of his NCAA career. As well as co-founding Broman Academy, with his brother Anders another former Winthrop University guard. They offer top of the line basketball training to players ranging from professional, college, and youth players.
