We've been very fortunate to work with Pro Skills Trainer, [DJ Sackmann](https://www.djsackmann.com/), for a couple of years now. Initially, we enjoyed watching his content on Instagram and really appreciated his attention to detail and his clear teaching points. Ultimately, we knew he'd be a great fit with us at Dr. Dish.

This video was taken when he visited us during the Final Four in Minneapolis in April 2019. We were able to film a bunch of great drills and workouts and he represented us during the NABC Coaching Convention as he demonstrated a segment on enhancing skill development using the [Dr. Dish CT shooting machine](https://www.drdishbasketball.com/ct) in front of 100+ coaches.

Get know DJ and why he does what he does below!

As we've gotten to know him and filmed content with him, it's easy to see why he's so successful. His personality is infectious and he truly has a gift for teaching.

Learn more about his background and motivation and make sure to follow him and check out his website: [https://www.djsackmann.com/](https://www.djsackmann.com/)
