5-Minute Basketball Core Workout with Olivia Olson

5-Minute Basketball Core Workout:

  • Twists with basketball (30 seconds)
  • Ball pass throughs (30 seconds)
  • Toe touches with basketball (30 seconds)
  • Side plank (30 seconds each side)
  • Crunches with basketball (30 seconds)
  • Push ups with basketball (30 seconds)
  • Sit ups with ball toss (30 seconds)
  • Plank (1 minute)
