It's been a blast for us at Dr. Dish Basketball to work with some of the best basketball coaches, trainers, and players in the world! One of our favorites, Pat the Roc, definitely crosses between the trainer and player title. Recently, he stopped by the Dish Lab to create some great content for the Dr. Dish Training Management System.

Patrick Robinson, better known as Pat the Roc, came into fame in the early 2000s as one of the youngest Harlem Globetrotters at 19 years old and then participated on the And-1 Mixtape tour. His exciting style and ball handling has been featured in video games and given him the opportunity to travel the world.

About 5 years ago he started the Pat the Roc Skills Academy and now trains hundred of players of all ages. He's been a perfect fit for us to work with and we're thrilled to have his workouts featured in the Dr. Dish App and Training Management System.

After filming multiple workouts, we had some fun getting Pat the Roc and our very own Coach Jefferson Mason in their element creating some exciting highlight film shots.

Check out the recap below!

Again, it was an incredible experience for us to have Pat the Roc stop by our world headquarters. Be on the lookout for much more great content coming for players, coaches, and trainers. We look forward to continue working with Pat to accelerate skill development at all levels!
