We are super excited to partner up with 4x WNBA Champion Lindsay Whalen to provide our #DrDishFam with some awesome drills/workouts to help level up their game!
Lindsay has collected multiple honors and championships in the WNBA and U.S. National team. She has played with the Connecticut Sun and Minnesota Lynx. She has been named All-WNBA 5 times and finished her career contributing to over 300 victories. In addition, she won 2 Olympic Gold Medals in 2012 and 2016. Our first drill from Lindsay incorporates a lot of conditioning and rep shooting to simulate game fatigue and work on mental toughness! Lindsay implements this drill using the Dr. Dish CT machine.
This workout will have players shooting off the move in 3 different areas. The goal is to score 11 points from each area.

This drill challenges players mentally by simulating the pressure/fatigue they would feel during a game. Working on this drill will help prepare players to knock down shots off the move in games when it matters the most.
