5-Minute Basketball Mobility Routine with Olivia Olson

Olivia's Mobility Exercises:

  • Lunges with rotation (10 each leg)
  • Hip flexors (10 each side)
  • Quad pulls with walk (10 each leg)
  • Knee hugs (10 each leg)
  • Walking RDL (10 each leg)
  • Hamstring scoops (10 each leg)
  • Banded Diagonal Monster Walk (Forward) (10 each leg)
  • Banded Diagonal Monster Walk (Backward) (10 each leg)
  • Banded Lateral Walk (10 each side)
  • Banded Knee Raise (10 each leg)
