Dr. Dish Basketball is back at it again with another great drill! We were fortunate enough to have Coach Jordan Petersen of Positionless Basketball in the Dish Lab to put in work with us.
In this shooting drill we'll use the Dr. Dish shooting machine away from the hoop using it's patented swivel net technology. This allows players to receive game location passes and also work in the post area near the hoop. There isn't another shooting machine on the market designed to train this way!
This drill was designed to help players make split decisions based on how their defender closes out. Check out the video below and see how you can incorporate this shooting/decision drill into your training!
