Compete in the First Dr. Dish Leaderboard Challenge!

Introducing the first Dr. Dish Challenge! Our first challenge is brought to you by NBA player Quincy Pondexter. We're thrilled to release this rep-focused workout designed for anyone to compete in. Try the challenge as many times as you want, climb the leaderboard, and see how you match up with others. For more info on how to compete, check out the instructions below. 

Here's the Scoop on The 100 Shot Challenge

How to Play:

  1. In order to participate in any Dr. Dish Challenge you must have a "smart"  Dr. Dish machine you can use. This would be the Pro, All-Star, CT model or the Dr. Dish Home!
  2. You will also need to have a TMS or Player App account set up - don't yet? Sign up here or navigate to the Dr. Dish App You use to log in!
  3. Log in to the CT machine or download the appropriate Dr. Dish app and connect to your machine through Bluetooth. 
  4. Through the workout/drill library locate the "Quincy Pondexter 100 Shot Challenge" workout and get to work!

How will I know of upcoming challenges?

For any major global challenges we will also share announcements via email (subscribe here).
 
How many times can I complete a challenge? 
You can complete a workout with a challenge/leader board associated as many times as you'd like. Only your Top score will be displayed.

How many of my attempts will be displays on the leaderboard? 
Only your best attempt will be showcased. 

What will be shown on the leaderboard - how will I know it's me? 
Only your first name and last initial will be displayed on the leaderboard for everyone to see.

As a coach, can I filter on a leaderboard to see the results of my team only? 
Yes!  When viewing a leaderboard you can use the drop down menu in the upper right corner to toggle between your teams if you are a Coach. 
 
Do I win anything if I am at the top of the leader board? 
No, we introduced leaderboards to encourage users to push their boundaries of possibility. Though users are challenging other contestants, the idea is to drive themselves to Be Better Everyday - every rep, and every shot!
