Basketball Shooting Warm-Up from D1 Guard Olivia Olson

If you're looking for a tested shooting warm-up routine used by a Division 1 guard, we have something for you! We teamed up with Big Ten Freshman of the Year, Olivia Olson to create content surrounding how elite athletes structure their workouts, and the shooting warm-up is essential for every great training session.

Olivia's Shooting Warm-Up:

  • Form shots (10 makes at each spot: block, middle, opposite block)
  • Mikan drill (10 makes each side) 
  • Block bank shots (10 makes each side) 
  • Short corner shots (10 makes each side)
