Trainer Shane Hennen is back with another great drill to tighten your ball handling skills this offseason! Try out this exchange series drill for a quick and efficient way to train your handles. Developing your hand to hand exchange, all you need is a basketball and a small amount of space! Perform various dribble combinations while exchanging the ball to both hands. With ball handling become a skill every position needs to develop, this drill from Shane is a great way to gain confidence while dribbling the basketball. Exchange Series with Trainer Shane Hennen
- Start in split stance for each dribble combination
- Rocker Dribbles between your legs continuously (10x each side)
- Between Cross continuously, one side at a time (10x each side)
- Between Behind continuously, one side at a time (10x each side)
- Cross Cross Between continuously ,one side at a time (10x each side)
- Between Between Behind continuously, both sides at once (10 total reps)
