In this day and age all players need to be able to handle the ball. Being confident while dribbling and keeping control under pressure is essential. Foot Switch Progression with Shane Hennen
Stationary foot switches (5x each direction)
One foot switch, attack cone into an under-drag dribble (5x each direction, continuous)
One foot switch into a crossover, attack the cone into a under-drag dribble (5x each direction, continuous)
