Ball Handling Drills: Off Hand Combat Progression

At Dr. Dish Basketball we're here to be a resource during these challenging times. Regardless if coaches, players, trainers, etc. have access to our machines or not, we're committed to providing workout inspiration that players can execute at home.
During the very early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, Coach Jefferson Mason was joined by a local 8th grader, Greyson, in the Dish Lab to execute a LIVE workout around "How to Train At Home".
This is the first portion of the workout focused around a ball handling workout with an emphasis on using the off hand combat.

It's important to start simple, add in movement, and eventually progress into shooting and "live" defense. This is a great way to challenge players and help them simulate a game-like action.
