This workout features 5 drill progressions:
Elbow to Elbow Pullup Jumpers
Two Ball Pounds: alternating pounds, two hand pounds, side to side pounds. All to half court and back
Elbow to Baseline Pullup Jumpers
Two Ball Handles: alternate hands back and forth, together back and forth. All to half court and back
Opposite Elbow to Baseline Pullup Jumpers
Finish the workout off with some free throws.
"We would really like to work on getting the ball down in two dribbles," says Gervin. "Maybe you're coming off a pick & roll, maybe it's for rhythm, but right now we're just focusing on two dribbles into our pullup shot."
