4x WNBA Champion, Lindsay Whalen has another great drill to share with our Dr. Dish Fam called 27 game. This drill is focused on incorporating different types of footwork and getting a ton of reps up. Check out the full breakdown in the video below!
Players will shoot 3 series of 3 different shots from 3 different spots for a total of 27 shots.
The 3 different spots are: the wing, top of the key, and opposite wing.
For the first shot players will catch and shoot off the pass.
For the next shot, players will dribble once hard to the right and pull up for a shot.
On the last shot at each spot, players will dribble once hard to the left and pull up for a shot.
Players will repeat this order of shots 3 times from each spot before moving on.
Players should set a goal of how many shots they want to make and build off of it each time they do the drill.
