Cross, Between, Behind Handles
A single cone is recommended but not required
Cross through and get the ball out in front of you
Drag the ball back to complete your rep
Repeat for 30 seconds, switching sides halfway through
"Keep that inside foot down," says Travis. "Keep it nice and anchored as we drag back."
