Curry Balance Shooting Drill Breakdown:
- Player will start at a single spot like the wing.
- On the first pass, step into it for a catch and shoot three.
- On the second, step back into the shot.
- On the third, side step left into the shot.
- On the fourth, side step right into the shot.
- Repeat the sequence.
While this shooting drill works with or without a Dr. Dish Basketball shooting machine, using one helps teams maximize their time spent in the gym with automatic passes, real-time and post-workout stats, heatmaps, and less time spent chasing rebounds.
