Burst Shooting (One dribble)
You can find this workout in the Dr. Dish Training Management System and app. Depending on difficulty, you will shoot from 3-5 locations around the perimeter and each drill will require a goal of 15-25 makes before moving to the next drill. Make sure to focus on the fundamentals throughout each drill and remain on balance.
