In this complete workout, our partner Jordan Lawley executes 2 floater drills, 1 off-the-move shooting drill, and finishes with free throws on the Dr. Dish CT.
1️⃣ Cross body floaters (20 makes)
2️⃣ Power/2 foot floaters (20 makes)
3️⃣ Lift & Drift Shooting (20 makes)
4️⃣ Free throws (20 makes)

After the workout you can view stats from each drill and in totality! Then, the stats can be uploaded to the Training Management System. This is a perfect drill to work on multiple skills in the off-season.
As always, it's important to go game speed and focus on the fundamentals to fully maximize this workout. If you're able to do this, these skills will carry over in game situations.
