Players will complete the following serie by doing 5 reps of the each of the following shots at the top of the key:
1. 180 degree turns (5 reps)
2. No Jumps (5 reps)
3. Backwards Jumps (5 reps)
4. Waist Wraps (5 reps)
5. Slam Pickups (5 reps)
