We know this video is going to cause an uproar of what is and what isn't legal. But, we'll leave the legality of it up to you. At different levels this may or may not be called a travel - we'll just leave it there.
Either way - this workout is for advanced players ONLY. Before working on step back shooting - players need to master a catch and shoot and one dribble pull up.
In this workout, our partner Jordan Lawley demonstrates 4 total drills on the Dr. Dish CT. The first two are based around the speed stop and step back actions and the last two are ball handling and free throws.
