Basketball Drills: Step Up Screen Options with Jordan Lawley

One of the most important and evolving actions in the game of basketball is the ball screen. We're seeing an emergence of more ball screens at all levels due to the advantage it can provide for the offense if executed effectively.
In this breakdown, our partner Jordan Lawley demonstrates a few options off of the step up screen in a transition setting based on how the defense is playing.

In this workout we start AND end with Free Throws. Here's the basic rundown of each drill to make the complete workout:
- Free throws (make 10)
- Step up screen midrange (make 10 on each side)
- Ball side 3 (make 10 on each side)
- Snake 3 (make 10 on each side)
- Ball handling - In and out cross (60 seconds)
- Free throws (make 10)
