3 Level Scoring Drill Breakdown:
- Players will start in the corner and work through 5 spots: corner, wing, top, opposite wing, and opposite corner.
- On the first pass, players will go into a catch and shoot three-point attempt.
- On the second pass, players will go into a one dribble pull-up.
- On the third pass, players will go into a floater.
- Repeat the 3 shot sequence at each spot.
This basketball drill can be done with or without a Dr. Dish Basketball shooting machine, using one helps teams maximize their training with automatic passes, real-time and post-workout stats, heatmaps, and less time spent chasing rebounds.
