With team’s shooting more and more long-range shots, players are spacing to the 3-point line, even in transition.
In addition to the conditioning component of this drill, coaches also can teach players to stay wide in transition then “reward” them with a shot to finish.
3-Point Shooting Drill:
On the pass out from the Dish to the coach, player begin their sprint wide and to the deep corner.
