6 Shot Shooting Drill Breakdown:
- The player will work through 6 total shots between the corner and wing.
- 1st shot: player will cut from the block to the corner for a catch and shoot three.
- 2nd shot: player will cut from the block to the wing for a catch and shoot three.
- 3rd shot: player will slide from the wing to the corner for a catch and shoot three.
- 4th shot: player will drift from the corner to the wing for a catch and shoot three.
- 5th shot: player will catch and shoot at the wing for another three.
- 6th shot: player will shot fake at the wing and go into a one dribble pull-up.
While this basketball drill works with or without a Dr. Dish Basketball shooting machine, using one helps teams maximize their training with automatic passes, real-time and post-workout stats, heatmaps, and less time spent chasing rebounds.
