The jab step is one of the oldest but most effective moves in the game. It's especially effective if players can prove they can knock down outside shots consistently as defenders will be forced to "pick their poison."

Incorporate this progression in your next shooting workout! Of course, using a Dr. Dish will help make this progression more efficient but isn't required to execute these drills. This is a great series to work on at home!
