W Shooting Drill Breakdown:
- Players will shoot 1 shot at 7 locations.
- 1st: catch and shoot 3-pointer in the corner.
- 2nd: catch and shoot mid-range at the wing.
- 3rd: catch and shoot 3-pointer at the wing.
- 4th: free throw attempt.
- 5th: catch and shoot 3-pointer at the opposite wing.
- 6th: catch and shoot mid-range at the opposite wing.
- 7th: catch and shoot 3-pointer in the opposite corner.
While this basketball drill works with or without a Dr. Dish Basketball shooting machine, using one helps teams maximize their training with automatic passes, real-time and post-workout stats, heatmaps, and less time spent chasing rebounds.
