We are so excited to team up with Hall of Famer and 2x Emmy-Award winning basketball commentator Debbie Antonelli for year 6 of 24 Hours of Nothing But Net. This remarkable challenge aims to raise money for Special Olympics, with Debbie striving to reach the $1 million milestone this year.
Every year, Debbie Antonelli dedicates 24 hours to shooting free throws for a great cause. She aims to make 100 free throws every hour, ending the day with 2,400 made free throws!
Over the past five years, “Team Antonelli” has raised over $845,000 for Special Olympics! Debbie’s free throw shooting average is 94%. We are honored to play a small role in the event by giving every donor a chance at winning their own Dr. Dish Home.
Debbie's middle son, Frankie, is a Special Olympics athlete and the inspiration for this challenge. Donations from all over the country flood in to support them and Special Olympics athletes everywhere!
Viewers can watch Debbie take on this challenge live on YouTube, X, and Facebook. Debbie will begin on Saturday, May 18th, 2024. Finishing with 2,400 made free throws on Sunday, May 19th.
People everywhere and especially in the basketball community are inspired by Debbie Antonelli's challenge. We encourage you to tune in and show your support!
