At Dr. Dish Basketball we've been fortunate to work with many of the best of the best in the game of basketball.
And with Head Coach Brett Brown of the 76ers not only do we work with the team as they have our Dr. Dish products at their facility, but he also has a machine at his house for his son and friends to train on. The machine has especially received a tremendous amount of use during the pandemic.
Below, Coach Brown shows a great progression of how he utilizes his Dr. Dish All-Star machine in the driveway to work on a combination of different shots and moves.
Watch the full breakdown below!
First, the players start with a simple catch and shoot option at the top of the key and run to the cone located in the wing area and then back to the top of the key for the next rep. Then they work into a great series off of the dribble attacking the basket.
As Coach Brown explains, using the Dr. Dish is great especially for floaters as the net simulates a long center attempting to block the shot in the lane. This forces the players to shoot their floaters with proper arc.
We really appreciate Coach Brown taking the time to share this video with us and we're absolutely thrilled that we can help with the development of 76ers as well as his son and teammates.
