It was a blast for us to visit the legendary Duke University Basketball facilities to demonstrate a few of Women's Coach Sam Miller's favorite drills on their new Dr. Dish CT!In this drill, Coach Miller focuses on the flare action AND a pick and pop action. This is one of our favorite drills as all 3 players involved get a game-like shot.
Drill Settings:Goal: 25 Makes on each side of the floorPass Tempo: 4-5Pass Distance: 3-4Pass Locations: Slot-Wing-Slot# of players: 3-8This is a great drill to incorporate in your team workouts/practices! Make sure to focus on footwork, fundamentals, and going game speed.
