We were very fortunate to team up with our partner Langston Galloway of the Detroit Pistons to host a LIVE workout on Instagram on Thursday, May 14th, at his home.
We've worked with Langston for a few years now as he's been using his Dr. Dish All-Star in his back yard to keep his jumper fresh.
He's been incredibly generous during the pandemic and continues to give back by providing free workouts and advice to youth players on how to get better.
This workout consists of about 15 minutes of ball handling, 15 minutes of shooting, and 15 minutes of Q&A. We had a total of nearly 1,100 players/accounts tune in!
We we able to have Langston's trainer, Luke Cooper of Pure Sweat, lead the ball handling portion while our very own Jefferson Mason led the shooting portion and the Q&A session. All of the ball handling drills do not require much space and the shooting drills were all very simple to execute with OR without a Dr. Dish machine.
