What is the 30K Shot Club?
The 30K Shot Club was designed to help players improve their shooting percentage in the off-season. For 90 days, you'll commit to 10,000 shots per month, or roughly 2,333 shots per week, or 333 shots per day.
According to internal Airborne Athletics data from all Dr. Dish shooting machines for the period of June - August 2021, for the average user, 30,000 shots was associated with an 11% increase in make percentage.
This past off-season I completed the 30K Shot Club and saw a 10% increase in my own shooting percentage from the 3-pt line going from 37% to 47%!
