The excitement around High School freshman Maddyn Greenway continues to grow as she has surpassed 2,000 career varsity points. Yes, you read that right she is only a freshman. Maddyn started playing varsity basketball in 7th grade and hasn't looked back since.
She has led Providence Academy to back to back Minnesota Class AA state championship appearances and won last year while averaging 23.7 point per game. Maddyn has again shined this season averaging 31.4 points per game. Her performances are something to marvel at with a 60 point game in a win over Minnehaha Academy.
We are very excited about what Maddyn Greenway's future holds. She has already received Division 1 attention and is leading Providence Academy to a record of 24 wins and only 2 loses. We had the chance to sit down with Maddyn and speak more about her training and basketball career.
