Ten year NBA Veteran and Charlotte Hornets Director of Player Programs Matt Carroll shares why Dr. Dish is the perfect basketball training tool for him and his family. He is a father of four and with his children playing basketball, that's a lot of rebounds to chase after. Dr. Dish has them covered! Playing career 

Matt Carroll started off his career strong, in high school he won Pennsylvania Mr. Basketball twice and then earned a spot on Notre Dame's basketball team. He continued his success at Notre Dame, becoming their 6th all-time leading scorer in the programs history. He also ranks 2nd in three-point field goals made and in free throw percentage. As well as earning first-team all Big East his senior year.

He then pursued a career in the NBA, declaring for the stacked 2003 draft class. Although Matt went undrafted, that didn't stop him from working hard to keep the dream alive. Playing 10 years with mainly the Charlotte Hornets, in 2005 he averaged over 12 points per game on 41% shooting from three point range. 

WHy Dr. Dish

As mentioned, Matt Carroll has 4 children who are starting their young basketball careers. Matt being a former NBA player and still working in the NBA, is a great person to have helping you train. But even when he isn't home, his kids can get a ton of shots up with Dr. Dish taking advantage of the features available to train efficiently. 

His sons shared,

I like Dr. Dish because it's very helpful in improving my game, getting a bunch of. shots up in a short period of time and it's also very helpful when my dad's not here to rebound for me...I can just come outside, set it up, and get my shots up without any help."

Matt adds,

Even when i'm not home, they have no excuse not to be working on their game and improving their shooting."
