One dribble pull-up warmup
This one dribble pull-up warmup is simple yet effective at helping players get their bodies ready to go for whatever their workout or practice calls for that day.
Players will receive a pass from the Dish at the wing. Off the first pass players will go right or left for a one dribble pull-up. Off the second pass players will go the opposite direction for a one dribble pull-up.
This gets repeated at the top of the key, and opposite wing.
Players can repeat this drill as much as they need to get properly warmed up for the rest of their workout!
It's important to focus on your form, balance, and consistency so it's second nature in other drills!
