Take 10,000, Make 10% More - Can you take 30,000 Shots this summer?

Summer is one of the most popular times to commit to shooting a certain number of shots or a “shot club”. Shot clubs are no joke and take serious hard work. So how many shots over the summer is enough to make a difference? We get that question every day, and we crunched the numbers to answer it for you.
According to internal Airborne Athletics data from all Dr. Dish shooting machines for the period of June - August 2021, for the average user, 30,000 shots was associated with an 11% increase in make percentage.
What would this sort of increase in shooting percentage do for you and your team's goals? Let this summer be the year that you put in the work to find out.
After discovering this learning, we wanted to challenge you to shoot 30,000 shots this summer. Over 90 days, that is 333 shots a day. We love this challenge because it is simple and 100% effort-based. There are easier ways to get there, like using a Dr. Dish iC3 or Dr. Dish basketball shooting machine to rebound your shots and improve your form, but you can also do this without one.
Train with Dr. Dish to keep track of your progress or download our shot tracking worksheet below to keep track of your progress towards 30,000 reps.
