Team Basketball Shooting Drills: Spread Pass and Cut

This is a great drill using the Dr. Dish CT  that simulates a spread offense action in a team setting.

Check it out below!

The first pass is made out to the wing who then swings the ball to the opposite wing. From there, the original wing sets a pin down screen in the corner. The player then makes a pass near the free throw line for a jumper. After making that pass the player on the wing flares out towards the corner for another jumper.

This is a great way to work on passing, cutting, screening, and shooting off the move. If you have enough players, you can also use defenders to help make the drill more game-like.

Try this out in your practices and team workouts!
