1. Creating a custom drill
Creating a custom drill is a great way to quickly start getting up shots. With a full library of customization, you can make sure you training exactly how you want to.
To begin creating a custom drill, login to the Dr. Dish Player app. From the Home Page select 'Start Shooting'. From here select 'Build a Drill' and one of Drill Modes as well as your Locations.
2. Setting a goal
Setting Goals is a great way to hold you and your game accountable. Thankfully the Dr. Dish Player app makes setting goals easy!
Get started setting your goals by logging into the Player App and going to 'Set A Goal' on the Home Page. From here you can set your specific goal for the week, month, year.
3. Creating a Multi Player Drill
Have a Training Partner? Train using Multi Player so you both can compete and save your individual stats.
To begin, login to the Dr. Dish Player app. From the Home Page, select 'Start Shooting' and then select 'MultiPlayer'. Each player (Up to 3) will be able to sign into their profiles. Choose your locations and begin shooting!
4. Viewing the Drill Library
Unsure what to train? The Dr. Dish Drill Library has you covered! Choose from hundreds of workouts by World Class Trainers to help improve your game.
Check out the 'Training' tab in the Dr. Dish Player app. Select drills for single skill focused training, or workouts for multiple skill based training. From here you can use the Filter Button to discover new training.
5. Viewing your Stats
Viewing stats is a great way to hold yourself accountable and ensure you are reaching your goals.
View all your Stats in the Dr. Dish Player App. Swipe Up to see your hot zones, percentages, as well as trend for the last 30 days. Adjust the custom dates to your liking!
