University of Louisville Team Drill: Guard Transition Run
by Nick Bartlett, on Dec 16, 2019 12:07:18 PM
In this team shooting drill, Coach Sam Purcell of the University of Louisville Women's Basketball program demonstrates a great full court drill that utilizes their Dr. Dish CT machine.
This drill focuses on multiple different fundamentals like passing, running in transition, shooting off the move and off the dribble, and dribbling and changing direction in the open court. Listen up to Coach Purcell for a ton of great teaching points!
You can find this team drill directly on the Dr. Dish app and Training Management System. As with all drills you can set different goals based on attempts, makes, or time.
This is a great way to incorporate multiple players into a game-like drill in an efficient manner using Dr. Dish. Give it a try!
We are absolutely thrilled to work with such a great program and look forward to following their progress for many seasons to come!
