We recently released Multiplayer Mode on the Dr. Dish Home which allows users to track up to 3 players stats in a workout (with an active membership). Home users are now able to compete with siblings, friends, parents, and others all summer long to make this their best summer of training yet!
To help get the competition started, check out our closeout competition shooting drill in the video below!
This drill requires a minimum of two players to get started. For more information on how to build out Multiplayer drills on the Dr. Dish Player App visit here.
How to build drill in Players App
Player 1 starts at the top of the key
Player 2 starts near the Dish
When the Dish makes the pass, player 2 closes out to the shooter for a contested jumper. Player 1 receives the pass and shoots the ball.
After the shot, player 1 runs to the Dish and repeats closing out on player 2's shot.
Each player will shoot a total of 10 shots (20 combined)
The Dish should be set on tempo 8-10 (see image below) to allow enough time for players to sprint back before closing out on the next shot.
