This drill involves a lot of conditioning to simulate the fatigue players will feel during a game. Incorporating conditioning into drills helps improve players' endurance and shot consistency off the move. Check out the full breakdown in the video below!
Slide & Shoot
Throughout this drill, players will start at the sideline and defensive slide to the opposite sideline. After touching the opposite sideline, players will sprint to the elbow for a pass from the Dish. There are multiple different shots players will take after catching the pass from the Dish.
Catch and Shoot
Catch and 1 Dribble Pull Up
Catch, 1 Dribble, Floater
Catch, Pull Through, and Step Back
Players will continue this drill until they've made a total of 10 shots.
