The Dr. Dish Green Light Challenge: A Smarter Way to Decide Who Shoots

What is the Green Light Challenge? The Green Light Challenge is a competitive, time-based shooting drill designed to simulate game pressure.

This feature is based on Coaches at every level preaching to their players that they need to shoot well enough to get the "Green Light" in the game.

How it works:   Players must make two shots in a row from as many court spots as possible within 5 minutes. Coaches set the number of successful spots needed to earn the "green light"... the green light to shoot in live games.

It’s quick to run, easy to customize, and perfect for evaluating players under pressure.

How to ACTIVATE THE GREEN LIGHT CHALLENGE ON Dr. DiSH:

1. Select Green Light Challenge on your Dr. Dish machine (CT+, FCLTY, and Home models)
2. Choose your shooting template and customize settings.
3. Shoot with precision: collect as many locations as possible. To collect a location, you must make 2 shots in a row.
4. See how you stack up: View overall stats and checkout team leaderboards.
