The Importance of Form Shooting with Coach Tony Miller and Coach Mason

Form shooting allows players to build confidence in their shot especially with one hand. Players should start close to the hoop and work their way out. Once players get to a spot where shooting with one hand is too difficult then they may need to introduce their guide hand. Regardless of skill level, and experience all players should work on form shooting!
